Lucy Gannon

Partner
Banking & Finance / Corporate Services & Commercial Contracts / Food & Drink / Healthcare / Intellectual Property / Leisure, Hospitality & Tourism / Media / Private Equity & Investment / Technology, Innovations & Life Sciences

Lucy’s clients cover a wide spectrum of industries and business types, from start-ups to established owner managed businesses. She has a particular focus on the healthcare, food and drink and creative sectors. Lucy is also dual qualified in both Scotland and England and Wales.

Often our clients need more than straightforward legal advice. This is certainly true of many of Lucy’s early stage clients. The broader business support and advice she offers relating to fundraising, growth strategies and brand protection, help businesses establish a firm footing upon which to grow and develop.

Lucy has been with Morisons since 2007. She acts as regional chair for Glasgow for Princes Trust Scotland and is a non-executive director of Midlothian Business Incubators Limited. In her precious spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and skiing, golf and tennis.

“Thank you so much for your advice and great work over the past weeks. It turned out to be a bit more involved and emotional than we anticipated and your guidance along the way kept everything clear, helping our decisions and understanding of the situation. Capping your fee is very generous and goes a long way in helping us move forward and grow the business.”
