Not every dispute can be conveniently pigeonholed under a normal heading.
Private individuals come to us for advice on a wide range of subjects: property, boundary problems, breach of contracts, suing and being sued, appointments of guardians, issues to do with trust, inheritance, and personal insolvency.
As with all disputes, we make an early assessment to see if there is a case to be put forward.
Then we ask some very pertinent questions. Is it economically viable? Does it make commercial sense? Could the client potentially spend more than they hope to gain?
We put things in perspective and give an honest and objective view. (Sometimes people don’t always like what they hear.)
Then, if the case moves forward, we examine it from every angle and discuss every implication. Usually there are many alternative ways of resolving disputes.
We identify the best one for our client and use all our negotiating skills to achieve the best possible result.
Personal disputes require personal service, and we take the client with us every step of the way.
