She also provides guidance to all manner of businesses and individuals facing insolvency related issues, assisting on a range of specialist issues such as challenging disputed debts or contract claims, debt management, statutory demands, disqualification of directors, trust deeds, sequestration and liquidation petitions, asset recovery, house repossession, and applications for the recall of sequestration.
