Ross Hood

Ross joined Morisons in 1997 and is Head of the Corporate Department. He is experienced in a broad range of commercial deals and transactions including mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs and start-ups, joint ventures commercial contracts, intellectual property and internet law, financing and associated areas of the law. An experienced negotiator and problem solver, Ross has been involved with commercial and company law for over twenty-one years.
