Peter is part of the Corporate and Commercial Department and specialises in business law advising on all areas of corporate law, from business start-ups to mergers, acquisitions and share sale transactions. He advises owner-managed businesses on commercial contracts, intellectual property issues and financing documents. He also carries out work for a broad range of clients with commercial property interests including institutional investors, property companies, developers, retailers, industrial companies, banks and public bodies.
Peter qualified in 1981.
