Nicola is a Solicitor in our Private Client team, having joined us through our merger with Bonar Mackenzie, and is involved in all aspects of private client matters including Wills, Powers of Attorney, executries, trusts, inheritance tax planning and adults with incapacity. Nicola also has in depth experience advising charities in relation to Scottish charitable status and their ongoing compliance with the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator.
Nicola has specialised in Private Client since qualifying as a solicitor in 2007. Nicola completed her traineeship with a large Edinburgh firm, during which she spent one year of her traineeship in Private Client.
Nicola has been a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) since November 2010 after completing the STEP Diploma with distinction.
