Legal Executive
Lynne is a Legal Executive in the Private Client Team based in the Glasgow Office. Lynne joined the firm in 2006 as a secretary. Lynne qualified as a Paralegal in 2007 having passed Wills, Trusts and Executries Paralegal Course.
Lynne has a keen interest in Adults with Incapacity work and specializes in advising clients on Welfare and Financial Guardianships, Intervention Orders and Access to Funds Orders. Lynne also advises clients on preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney although the majority of time is spent on AWI work.
Lynne is currently studying part-time LLB course at Glasgow Caledonian University.
