Lucy is involved in a variety of corporate and commercial work (start-ups, joint ventures, acquisitions, disposals and reorganisations) with a particular emphasis on healthcare, technology and investment finance.
Her healthcare specialisms include:-
- Advising independent community pharmacists on a wide range of issues including acquisitions and disposals, regulatory and intellectual property.
- Advising general practitioners on regulatory matters, property and partnership disputes.
- Advising care home owners and managers on sales and purchases, corporate finance, property and employment.
Lucy advises start up technology companies and investors and supports them in their fundraising and growth strategies together with providing all associated legal advice.
Lucy is an aftercare provider and panel member with the Prince's Trust which leads Scotland in the promotion and support of self-employment and business creation amongst young people and is also a member of the management team of WiBF (Women in Banking & Finance).
