Jan is an Associate in the Commercial Property Department. She qualified as a solicitor in 1983 and joined Morisons in 2002. With a background representing a wide range of commercial clients, Jan specialises in the telecommunications sector.
She is responsible for heading up a team which services one of our largest clients, a global telecommunications operator.
Jan deals with a whole range of property related telecoms, contractual documentation including site acquisition, leasing, site sharing, early access, framework agreements and cross-border contracts. She also deals with telecoms estate management issues and she also acts for land owners who contract with other telecommunications operators.
Jan has an interest in renewable energy and her extensive experience in telecommunications law and contracts, benefits clients in this developing area.
Jan also assists with developing the strategy of the firm.
