Emma qualified as a Registered General Nurse in 2000 and having worked in Dundee, Australia, Edinburgh, and Belfast she returned to Scotland in 2005 to study Law at Glasgow University. Having completed the Diploma in Legal Practice at the Glasgow Graduate School of Law she spent three years working as a Trainee Solicitor and Qualified Solicitor in the Mental Health Legal Representation Project of a local charity.
Emma has gained experience in a number of areas of law but the majority of her experience is in and around Mental Health Law, Adults with Incapacity, Powers of Attorney and Will preparation.
She joined our Private Client department in October 2011 and will be involved in all aspects of Private Client including Executries, Guardianships, Powers of Attorney and Wills.
