Claire joined Morisons in 2011, after 17 years as a partner in Bonar Mackenzie. She has a wealth of experience in dealing with all aspects of Commercial Property, particularly sales and acquisitions of investment properties, securities and leasing.
Claire also deals with more complex conveyancing issues, involving title investigations and disputes.
She has particular and recent expertise in advising Sheltered Housing Developments on the best means to achieve amendments to the development title deeds and successfully undertook the first ever application to the Lands Tribunal of Scotland on this point.
