Associate
Alastair is an Associate working in the firm's Lending & Recoveries and Residential Property Departments. With extensive experience in residential property his main focus in recent years has been on acting on behalf of institutional lenders in lending and debt recovery conveyancing matters. In addition to dealing with residential sales, purchases and secured loans his work includes equity release transactions, auction sales and sales by Trustees in Bankruptcy.
A graduate of Dundee University, Alastair qualified as a solicitor in 1997, joining Morisons in 1999.
